In my beginning is my end… in my end is my beginning
White board, photocopy transfer and marker on OHP sheet. 8.5” x 11”. 12 pages. Unique book.
Choices made in each stage comes together to form final outcome. In this book created using OHP sheets, there are twelve pages. In each page the grid is utilized in a certain way and choices / actions are recorded and patterns formulated. All of it come together to make a bigger picture. When they are out of alignment it creates chaos. The sheets can keep rotating without a beginning or an end as the book is hinged on a corner screw. One can go round and round without a definitive beginning or end.
I’m using it as a metaphor for a life where what seems like an ending can be a beginning for something new or vice versa. The title lines are from poet T.S. Elliot.
